The Spark: A Menu Redesign

Our journey with Oh Natuurlik began with a single cafe in Westdene and a focused project: redesigning the menu. By creating a clear, appealing, and on-brand menu, we saw an immediate and powerful impact. Within just two months, the cafe experienced significant sales growth, proving the direct value of strategic design.

The Transformation: A Full Rebrand

The success of the menu led to a larger partnership: a complete rebranding of the logo and cafe. We developed a warm, natural, and modern visual system that was then rolled out across all physical touchpoints—menus, packaging, and both indoor and outdoor signage—creating a unified and professional customer experience that truly stood out.

Growth and Expansion

The new, professional branding didn't just attract customers—it attracted major opportunities. The owner was offered a prime spot to open a second cafe at the Net Set Padel court in Ramblers. I designed the entire new location from the ground up, ensuring perfect brand consistency. The momentum continues, as they are now opening a third cafe and have officially launched a franchise model, already signing their first franchisee.

Powering Growth with Digital

To support this rapid expansion, we built a robust digital presence. An e-commerce website was launched to drive sales beyond their physical doors. We then developed a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, producing engaging content like Reels to build a strong online community and drive traffic to both the cafes and the online store.
